Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to love every Roop Collection purchase. If something is not right with your order, this policy explains how returns, exchanges and refunds work for our cosmetics, undergarments and jewelry.

1. Return window

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests made after 7 days may not be accepted.

2. Eligible items

To be eligible, the item must be:

• Unused, unopened and in its original condition.
• In its original packaging with tags and seals intact.
• Returned with your order number or proof of purchase.

3. Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

• Cosmetics and skincare products that have been opened, used or tested.
• Undergarments, once the packaging is opened or the item is worn or washed.
• Jewelry that has been worn, damaged or altered by the customer.
• Items bought on special clearance or marked as final sale.

4. Damaged, defective or wrong items

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number.
• Clear photos of the product and the packaging.
• An unboxing video, if possible, to help us resolve the issue quickly.

We will replace the item or issue a refund at no extra cost to you.

5. How to request a return

1. Contact us on WhatsApp or email with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our team will review your request and reply with the next steps.
3. Once approved, send the item back in its original packaging as instructed.
4. After we receive and inspect it, we will confirm your exchange or refund.

Please do not send items back before getting our approval.

6. Refunds

• Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Refunds are sent to your original payment method, or by bank transfer or mobile wallet for Cash on Delivery orders.
• Original delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake.

7. Exchanges

If you would like a different shade, size or product, we will gladly exchange it, subject to stock availability. If the new item costs more, you pay the difference.

8. Return shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged or defective item), we cover the return shipping. In other cases, return shipping is paid by the customer.

9. Cancelling an order

You can cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting us. Once the order is dispatched, it can only be returned under this policy.

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment must be completed in full for your order to be processed. Online payments are handled by secure third-party providers.

7. Delivery

• We deliver across Pakistan through trusted courier services.
• Delivery is free on orders above PKR 3,000. A delivery charge may apply on smaller orders and is shown at checkout.
• Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather or public holidays.
• Please make sure your address and phone number are correct so the courier can reach you.

8. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Refund and Returns Policy. Because of hygiene reasons, certain items such as opened cosmetics and undergarments cannot be returned.
